Description
Napoleon’s Peak is a beautiful, smooth and creamy soft ripened cheese. The contrast of the dark grey ash with the stunning white of the cheese body and the white outer coating of blooming culture makes a lovely addition to any cheese plate. Delightful with a fruity wine or served sliced with red meat, This award winner is my absolute favorite cheese. Pyramids usually cost $9 – $14.

This price is for a large, .55 pound piece. Curd density and humidity affect the final weight after aging. Product weight will vary from .33 lbs to .55 lbs. Once we have packed your order we will adjust the price of this item on your bill to reflect the weight you receive. We will never charge you more for pieces over .55 lbs. If you prefer a smaller or larger piece, mention it in the instructions at check out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
