Whole milk Ricotta made with fresh Goat Milk and a splash of acid added when it reaches temperature to cause the formation of the curd. Lightly salted, this cheese spreads easily, is great with pasta, sweetened for filling pastry or crepe’s or served with fresh summer fruit. Yum. Packaged in a 1/3 pound tub, we make this cheese up fresh each week, so call ahead to make sure we have some if you want to pick up at the farm.
