Our sticky, sweet goat milk caramel is only available in the fall. This traditional, Mexican-style caramel is a treat not to be missed. Made with goat milk, brown sugar, loads of ground cinnamon and pure vanilla extract we reduce this down over the course of 25 hrs to a thickened caramel sauce. Delicious on ice cream, as a fruit dip or drizzled over apple pie for touch of decadence. YUM. We can the sauce in half pint mason jars so it is shelf stable. This jar makes a great hostess gift or unique stocking-stuffer for your foodie friends and family.
