Description
Goatgurt is our version of a goat milk yogurt. Due to the difficulty in getting a good set from goat milk, we add a tiny bit of microbial rennet which makes this product, by standardized definition, no longer yogurt. This spoonable treat has a mildly tart flavor and creamy texture. With no added preservatives, fillers, or starchy thickeners and with “good for you” live active cultures this healthy treat is a excellent alternative to the sugary and/or starchy varieties available at most grocery stores.
