Winter’s End is a Shepherd’s Whey original. Steeped in beer from a local micro brewery at hooping and ages 5-9 months. It is a dryer sharp nutty cheese with a flavor similar to a Parmesan.
2019 ADGA National Goat Cheese Competition 3rd place Winner.
