​After five years we remain so excited about our farmstead micro-dairy and creamery.  The milk we use in our dairy products is collected from our small herd of purebred French Alpine dairy goats in our Grade A certified milking parlor.   The milk is then carried the few steps to our Grade A certified creamery where it is crafted into a variety of soft and aged artisan cheese and yogurt.  We also bottle a limited supply of our fresh goat milk.

We received our Grade A certification and Food Manufacturing permit in May of 2012 and introduced our first cheese at the Charles Town Farmers Market May 26th of that year.  We have continued to grow  and this season will continue in our three local markets, adding a Leesburg Saturday, Great Falls Saturday and Foggy Bottom Wednesdays.  We also hope to participate in a CSA at the Foggy Bottom market Wednesdays.  In 2014 we started providing cheese to the Bavarian Inn, Canal House, One Block West and The Devonshire.  We have requests at several more restaurants.  As always you can also get our cheese right here at the farm.  Check back for updates on where our cheese can be purchased.
